Sorry, Joey, itā€™s a little more complicated than that, the feet on my other leg needs some ā€œrepair ā€œ, I work on my feet all day, I will need a Podiatrist as soon as a finish my knee therapy, hope to be back here as soon as possible. Thanks šŸ™.

Iā€™m sorry Joey, Iā€™ve been absent for more than a month, I was traveling, but I gotta concern, I havenā€™t been able to do your exercises, Iā€™m afraid I have to cancel my membership for a couple of months. I was enjoying your exercises, but when I was inactive (long story) an old injury resurfaced, I have a tear meniscus, due to a couple of falls that I had 15 years ago, not exercise related, so right now, Iā€™m receiving therapy, and I canā€™t exercise like I want to, I only can do some walk, and bicycleā€¦šŸ˜­. So, sadly I will have to cancel, but I will get the membership again, I donā€™t know how soonā€¦Iā€™m just hoping to get stronger day by day, and comeback to this site.Ā

So, I already check your other routines, I believe those will be good enough to help me with my ā€œ problem areasā€ Iā€™m gonna stick for a couple more weeks, or another month with the 6 day sample, and when the time is right, I will move to the 8 day program.

Oh, ok, Iā€™m new to your program, Iā€™m on my third week doing the 6 day sample, as you recommended, I will check your other lower body sessions, and I can include those. Thank you Joey.

Hi Joey, an important question, I donā€™t know if u are totally against doing hip thrusts, but I really enjoy doing those, with not a super heavy weight (100 pds max) As I mentioned before, I didnā€™t exercise at Ā all in 6 months, due to a couple surgeries, and I was eating junk, my main exercise in those months was walking, I ended up with 1 huge dimple in each one of my buttocks, never had that problem before, not even when I loose 30 pds 20 years ago after having my kid, ( the dimples are probably about 1 cm diameter or more. Can I still doing hip thrusts along with your leg day, just to add volume to my buttocks? Since H T has had help me in the past to add volume, but never helped me with the dimples, ripples and shadows, or is it smarter if I just stick solely on your exercises? Please help. Hopefully your answer help other ladies like me, who enjoy doing H T. I got all my faith in you, wherever you recommend, I will follow. I believe those ā€œdimplesā€ are empty space, if that makes sense.
