Sorry, Joey, itā€™s a little more complicated than that, the feet on my other leg needs some ā€œrepair ā€œ, I work on my feet all day, I will need a Podiatrist as soon as a finish my knee therapy, hope to be back here as soon as possible. Thanks šŸ™.

So, I already check your other routines, I believe those will be good enough to help me with my ā€œ problem areasā€ Iā€™m gonna stick for a couple more weeks, or another month with the 6 day sample, and when the time is right, I will move to the 8 day program.

Oh, ok, Iā€™m new to your program, Iā€™m on my third week doing the 6 day sample, as you recommended, I will check your other lower body sessions, and I can include those. Thank you Joey.

Joey AtlasĀ First of all, thank you Joey for guiding me on which exercises to follow, as a beginner on your program, I think Iā€™m starting to understand how it works, 6 day sample, follow by 8 day sample, then 9 day sample ? I donā€™t know? When I say healthy, Iā€™m talking about doing better choices, like vegetables, lean meat( chicken, turkey) also some salmon, I normally donā€™t eat greasy food, but I love bread with my coffee in the mornings, I know, also, is it ok if I do walks at least 5 days a week ? And yes, I took photos of my problematic areas. I almost forgot, I donā€™t take any supplements, anymore, like protein powder, as I think you donā€™t recommend those, right? Thank you.

Hi Joey, no worries, I can do the 6-Day sample, and after that ? What other programs should I do ? Also, do I need to completely change the way I eat to see results? I started to eat healthy again, after a 4 month pause, but I donā€™t eat healthy all the time, maybe, 85% of the time, Iā€™m trying, my dimples and rimples, are so severe, I think, cause I didnā€™t exercise in almost 6 months, due to a couple necessary surgeries, (nothing major) my cellulite shows when I wear certain clothes. Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hi, yes, I supposed Joey is very busy, o hasnā€™t received any notification. I didnā€™t lose any time, every other day Iā€™ve been doing the Naked beauty Main session, followed by Naked beauty Mild variation, this is my first week. After 4 weeks, Iā€™m planning on progressing doing 2 sets of each program. Really feeling my lower body working. Oh, thereā€™s also the cellulite cardio here, you should check it out.
