Hi Joey, no worries, I can do the 6-Day sample, and after that ? What other programs should I do ? Also, do I need to completely change the way I eat to see results? I started to eat healthy again, after a 4 month pause, but I don’t eat healthy all the time, maybe, 85% of the time, I’m trying, my dimples and rimples, are so severe, I think, cause I didn’t exercise in almost 6 months, due to a couple necessary surgeries, (nothing major) my cellulite shows when I wear certain clothes. Joey Atlas First of all, thank you Joey for guiding me on which exercises to follow, as a beginner on your program, I think I’m starting to understand how it works, 6 day sample, follow by 8 day sample, then 9 day sample ? I don’t know? When I say healthy, I’m talking about doing better choices, like vegetables, lean meat( chicken, turkey) also some salmon, I normally don’t eat greasy food, but I love bread with my coffee in the mornings, I know, also, is it ok if I do walks at least 5 days a week ? And yes, I took photos of my problematic areas. I almost forgot, I don’t take any supplements, anymore, like protein powder, as I think you don’t recommend those, right? Thank you.
