Yes at the time it was my wrist so I did buy wrist wrap protectors....and I am always very mindful of my left shoulder. But I feel I am good to go. So based on this if you can help me out with my questions it would be so appreciated. I just feel so unsure what to do. I suppose from where I sit if I could actually 'see' a visible shift it would help motivate me. I really do put in the efforts so not seeing results does pull me back. I don't necessarily mean with your exercises.....just any.

I have the Sculptfit program and I did start at #6 then moved thru to #7 and #8. I was not seeing any difference and became frustrated. Then saw all these exercise videos where they say you can achieve great results in the 30 minutes a day. So I started those but still no shifts. Basically right now I do your exercises occasionally alongside other exercises but I am just not seeing anything and just now not sure what to do. So I am wanting to just re-start all of this and be more diligent about it.
So basically here's my thing. Despite being an average size my legs are saggy (mainly inner)....its like I am thin to average but excess fat?? I have celulitte. My butt sadly seems deflated. And what they call bat wings. I eat really well.....low sugars, low carbs, lots of fruit, veg and protein....Sat night cheats....but dietary I think is pretty good. Lots of water. I do exercise despite looking like I don't. Great supplements as recommended by a naturopath...collagen etc. I take bioidentical hormones and hormones are all good levels.
But I look like someone who has never worked out and I'm just not understanding it.  So.....is the bottom line this.....I need to really bulk up my muscles to fill in the sag? Bascially if I increase the muscles thru being super diligent with your exercises....then this will fill in the saggy areas. Is this it in a nutshell??? And on top of this do I also do the Naked Beauty. And do I find myself a really good exercise machine like an elipitical or something and do slow burn cardio.
Any guidance would help. I know I have put messages in before but I guess cuz I wasn't seeing results after a few months I gave up and moved on. But now I am thinking I want to try it again.
Thanks Linda

Thanks Joey.....as soon as I saw Stephanies post I stopped and joined the group. I just got access to the group and have been reading some things. I did so much research and it seems such an amazing tool....not just for celulitte but aches etc. I am a little shocked really as it seems a pretty simple device that actually felt good. Fortunately I only did this for 1 1/2 months and not daily. But what really hit me was that I started having digestive issues and before I even saw Stephanies post I wondered if my using this on my stomach and on the Psoas muscle area (for pain) if the device caused some sort of something. I did see a post you did in the facebook group. I trust your knowledge so I am going to be smart, even though I thought I saw improvement in my legs.....I don't want to chance that things could get worse. I am instead going to just stick with your exercises and I am going to do these fascia fix movements by a fascia therapist (for overall body). Â

Hi Joey....I know I had briefly asked this before but I didn't know as much about it as I do now so just wondering if you might have more detail. There is something called the Fascia Blaster tool. This woman Ashely Black has so much info on her site and apparantly she has a huge following and has help many people. Initially it was for pain as she worked with pain clients.....and then people started to notice their celulitte would be disappearing so she expaded. This in a nutshell. She has all sorts of science based info on her site. Anyhow....aside from her site and tools....when you look up fascia blassting there is so many positive in so far as how it loosens up the fascia under the skin (and tight fascia apparantly pulls at the skin that causes the dimpling...celulitte). As well as info on how it can help skin elascity. And a lot of info re pain. But.....since seeing someone from your group post negative effects she had I started to do some research. And for all the positives there are some negatives....one being can make celulitte worse. But more sites say how it can make it better. Ahhh. So I am doing your work outs.....but I really wanted something more to help rid the celuitte so I have been using her tool for 1 1/2 months. Only about 5 mins per day per leg. I don't go nuts like some people do on these videos. But just wanted your thoughts on this. I know you promote the exercises and stand behind those, which is great.....but just wondering if you think this could be a good thing to do.....moderate blasting to break down fascia? And if not....are you able to tell me why? I'm just a little confused. I wanted to continue with the blaster as felt really excited by all the info I have reviewed over and over and the conversations with individuals who have had great success. But if I am to stop.....because you know of negatives....it would help to know why.Â

Hi Joey.....ok I'll just write them down. I first watch the videos and once somewhat familiar I write them down. I wouldn't even know where to begin with making a PDF. I just jot down notes that make sense to me so to try and break it down for someone else to understand I don't think I could do it justice....they amateur scribble notes. Plus I woulnd't know how to create a photo of the exercise. Sorry....wish I could help. Â

Hi Stephanie. I myself have used the fascia blaster for the past 1 1/2 months. Mainly about 5 mins a day on my legs just light fast movements to break down the fasica. And 1-2 times a week I try to hit the whole body so can break down the tight fascia in my back etc. I do often feel pretty good after like things loosened up. All the science behind Ashely Black seems good in so far as celulitte and fascia and all that. And there was also a lot of info to support how it can benefit health (which I haven't fully read in to but I will now). I am just curious, for my own sake really, what did you mean by health issues?  I guess I would just like a little more info on this. Of course if there was any risk involved I would want to discontinue. I do appreciate you posting what you did as it prompted me to look in to this more.

I have been still doing the day 6 exercises as I wrote them all down so can do without watching your video. I have been at my cottage and really hard to watch from my phone so haven't started the 8day. I was just looking at it just now.....there are days (I think it is the 3rd or 4th day in the 8 day) and there are 3 videos at around 45 mins each. To be effective am I do do all 3 of these in one day? Or pick one of the 3? It is just too much to try and fit in to a day if I am also to do 20-30 min cardio. I had asked you this before with other exercises as I have had to split leg exercises up as struggling to find the time as they are lengthy. But does this halt my progress. I want to be effective with things but also need to be realistic in so far as finding time that exceeds well over an hour. I am home today so will peak at the day 8 and write things down before head to the cottage again. I think I asked this before.....do you have PDF's of any of these? Â

Hi Joey.....yes because of my wrist I wasn't doing your cardio because of the Joey's and certain movements with weights. But it is better and I have a wrist band. I am just mindful of anything that requires my wrist....even my shoulders with certain leg exercises that require me to lean on my arms and using my shoulder. But other than that I have no problems with any of the exercises. I guess I had emailed because I had hoped to see some noticeable changes. But as you have said....be patient. Ok so I will move on to the 8 day and see how that all goes. Thanks Linda

Thank you Joey for getting back to me. I agree....it is hard when these programs, that look good, with top notch fitness trainers, and they are promoting exercises that are less than 30 min a day.  And I have done them and they are a work out....but it feels more cardio based. Whereas I am feeling that cardio is great.....but it is the building of muscle that will fill things in thereby eliminating saggy and celulitte. So just a few questions. 1) if I follow the 6 day one for a few weeks.....and be diligent.....is this helping to actually build the muscle that is needed to start eliminating celulitte and saggy? And that the cardio is more like the fat burn? 2) With your cardio exercises....which I will do.....I am always mindful of my shoulder.....so if when I am unable to do your cardio exercises.....if I did exercises like 20 minutes of a step (I have step risers) or some other form of cardio (like a treadmill, eliptical.....with a slow burn)....will these be good to do? Â
