Hi Joey.....ok I'll just write them down.  I first watch the videos and once somewhat familiar I write them down.  I wouldn't even know where to begin with making a PDF.  I just jot down notes that make sense to me so to try and break it down for someone else to understand I don't think I could do it justice....they amateur scribble notes.  Plus I woulnd't know how to create a photo of the exercise.  Sorry....wish I could help.

Hi Stephanie.  I myself have used the fascia blaster for the past 1 1/2 months.  Mainly about 5 mins a day on my legs just light fast movements to break down the fasica.  And 1-2 times a week I try to hit the whole body so can break down the tight fascia in my back etc.  I do often feel pretty good after like things loosened up.  All the science behind Ashely Black seems good in so far as celulitte and fascia and all that.  And there was also a lot of info to support how it can benefit health (which I haven't fully read in to but I will now).  I am just curious, for my own sake really, what did you mean by health issues?   I guess I would just like a little more info on this.  Of course if there was any risk involved I would want to discontinue.  I do appreciate you posting what you did as it prompted me to look in to this more.

I have been still doing the day 6 exercises as I wrote them all down so can do without watching your video.  I have been at my cottage and really hard to watch from my phone so haven't started the 8day.  I was just looking at it just now.....there are days (I think it is the 3rd or 4th day in the 8 day) and there are 3 videos at around 45 mins each.  To be effective am I do do all 3 of these in one day?  Or pick one of the 3?  It is just too much to try and fit in to a day if I am also to do 20-30 min cardio.  I had asked you this before with other exercises as I have had to split leg exercises up as struggling to find the time as they are lengthy.  But does this halt my progress.  I want to be effective with things but also need to be realistic in so far as finding time that exceeds well over an hour.  I am home today so will peak at the day 8 and write things down before head to the cottage again.  I think I asked this before.....do you have PDF's of any of these?

Hi Joey.....yes because of my wrist I wasn't doing your cardio because of the Joey's and certain movements with weights.  But it is better and I have a wrist band.  I am just mindful of anything that requires my wrist....even my shoulders with certain leg exercises that require me to lean on my arms and using my shoulder.  But other than that I have no problems with any of the exercises.  I guess I had emailed because I had hoped to see some noticeable changes.  But as you have said....be patient.  Ok so I will move on to the 8 day and see how that all goes.  Thanks Linda

Hi Joey.....I actaully found the PDF from years ago for the level 2.  There are certain videos that I watch direct on line....but some where I have a PDF I prefer to watch tv (not watch the exercises on TV but actually watch TV).

Ok thanks Joey.  My wrist is better so will get back to the 6 day routine.  On the non-leg days of the 6 day I will add in those other leg exercises as you mention.  I will do my best to do 14 hours between meals (at least during the week).  I will be patient.  It is hard with summer coming.  But I know that half the battle is the mind.....if I believe this will work it will.....so I need to create new beliefs around my body's ability to tone up.  Thanks again for your feedback

That's a great idea thanks.  Will buy these.  My wrists are very small and any kind of weight on them I feel.....even doing the Joey's.  So this will really help.  Also I just clicked on the Naked Beuty series.  I hadn't previously as thought was just the legs that are shown in Day 6.  So will follow the core/arms as you mentioned.  Thanks again.  I think I need to spend some time just reviewing the site to get an idea of everything so not to have to keep sending you questions.  One last question though......for cardio I know you say to avoid the trampoline as not as effective.....but if I am running on it and feeling a burn.....wouldn't that be the same as running on the treadmill?  I will do your body weight cardio.....but when not able.....I have been doing the steps.....but just curious why running on the trampoline wouldn't be effective.

Thanks Joey.....I did find the core ones so all good with that.....I just add on some different ones where you add arms.  With the arms I'll search for the exercises you mention or will follow these pilates ones I know that require no wrist action....just to ensure doing them.  No cardio machine but will do the steps until such times as can use my arms.  The wrist is healing but need to be careful.  I have always had issues doing any kind of body weight with my arms so will just be mindful of this.  I'll just improvise in areas where I need to.

I will try them again today and create more space in the room I am using.  It might just be getting used to these as I have always used rubber bands and they are much shorter.  But thanks for your reply

I actually can't figure out how to forward a photo here.  The door is regular height.  Doesn't hang to the bottom.  Maybe 3/4 way down.  When out stretched I'm about 8 feet from the door.  And I am using the heavy ones as the regular ones stretched further.  On your videos it looks close.  Just having a hard time using them.  I was advised I could return them and maybe I go to a fitness place near me.  I'll see how I do over the weekend.
