Hey Joey

Hope you are well.

I am doing your Naked beauty program for my cellulite. So now I see my 12 year old twin girls also have cellulite on their bums, legs and around the knee area. As I a mom and someone who is really struggling with body image I am gutted.

The netball season is starting tomorrow, so they will be exercising 3 times a week. So they will get in a lot of cardio.

Can they the naked beauty program? The netball practice will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If they can do the naked beauty on what days can they exercise?

Hi Joey, I'm new to Total Access. I enrolled last month. On the 6-day sample you have 2-3 other workouts within each day. Is the goal to do them all or select only one? Thank you, for your program.

Joey would it be possible for me to get an excel sheet the names the exercises for workouts. I travel often and I don't always have time to watch the video's because you go into explanations for new people. I would also like to create a tracking log. I can create an excel sheet if you have PDFS's for each work out session?

Joey, I have caught some of your evening lives, preparing your dinner salads. I was wondering maybe you could show people how to prepare delicious veggies, like a steam sauté, or roasting. Maybe even your apple bliss. Just a suggestion 😊

Hello Joey! I have decided to change my life for better and make healthier choices. I came across Your TikTok page and purchased your Total Access plan and can't wait to start, but my main concern is with my extremely limited time and schedule. Could I work out only 3 days a week by combining:

  • Day 1 & 2 on 1st Day

  • Day 3 & 4 on 2nd Day

  • Day 5 on 3rd Day

Would that work? Any suggestions?

It seems I would have 3 -4 days a week available for workouts.

I just read an article written by Joey titled: Your most attractive body: The hidden secret to becoming attractive and being an attractive woman. Awesome article Joey! I 1000% agree. I won't spoil it by telling people about the content, read it, and enjoy, I did, it's all fact as far as I'm concerned.

I started the day with a glass of water, then 2 cups of coffee, Stretched to Super-Flex Bust the stress power stretch, then worked out to Boomin buns, toned thighs & legs, great work out, I broke my fast at 11:00 am, I cooked a head of sliced califlower in coconut oil with garlic, 21 seasoning and pepper, 2 organic brown eggs cooked in coconut oil, 1/2 a avacado, half slice of a slice tomato, and one veggie sausage, then another glass of water. Cleaned the kitchen, now on with the rest of my day. Hopefully that was a healthy start, and plan to get on my tread mill a little later after errands. God bless you all while we all get healthy with the help of Joey, and stay healthy, with all the great encouragement on this site... TY Joey A, and Sculptafit community.
