I added in some more lower body – both of the booming buns videos and cardio. I really like doing the Joey’s but I find that I had to do them in limited doses or they super aggravate my knees - That and lateral moves.

Yes, sorry for the delay and thanks for checking on me. Ideally going to Dr next Friday (was this Friday, but had to shift a week).

Hey and good morning - testing - can you recommend your top 3-4 lower body sessions. If I already have them on my radar, what would be 1-2 runner ups? Curious where Naked Beauty that I previously purchased would rank.
