Joey Atlas hi Joey, I am already in this membership, but I like the DVDs. I have an emotional attachment to those, Lol!

i'll just purchase the core DVD since it's not here

Hi Joey,

I bought your upperbody Dvd set because it was easier. Almost no equipments but dvd 2 isn't working. I have emailed regarding it but i saw this Fit fir life club where it is available as part of subscription. It's 38$. I just want to confirm before subscribing, is it available in that membership? Should I switch plans? Streaming is always easier.

I don't have a home gym system. Can I do it directly on the floor or do I have to set up some kind of incline. If I can do on the floor, should I put cushions for my feet and ankle or they can just rest on the floor too?

Hi Joey,

I have done ulbthm only three times last week and today while sitting I suddenly paid attention to my thighs, they are so toned! I wanna continue doing it three times a week. If I do total body tone up plus cardio three days and ulbthm three days will that be a good workout?

I am confused because I am not sure, if my upper body will be addressed properly then.

I am also loving the midriff makeover part 1 only for now, once a week, would be good?
