Hi Joey, any other moves i can do without the bands for the core?  The one move on the floor is great but if i don't have a way of doing the bands, can this be a floor only or do other abs workouts using dumbbells?

Joey Atlas Thank you!

Joey Atlas I have loop bands that can be used while low walking on the floor. I also have another longer band that I can loop around something heavy possibly.

I would also like to be around 140-145 pounds which would be a good weight for me so I'm looking at losing 20-30 pounds over the next few months.  I know it can be done but it's hard once I hit menopause.  I also have a office job which doesn't help but just try to work when I can to keep moving.

Hi Joey!  I'm from Shreveport, LA! :)  Thanks for the no lunges for now! It really hurts on the left foot when the toes are bent.  I just take a vitamin D supplement and probiotic.  I eat clean and that makes a difference too with inflammation.  I'm 55, 5' 7" but am small boned.  I weigh 165....though which is over my BMI.  When I ran 3 miles per day starting in my 40s after losing my late husband in 2013, I lost down to 130-135 and was a little too thin but felt good.  Fast forward to 2016, I remarried, moved to the country and stopped running after developing Plantar Fasciitis.  I have a treadmill, recumbent bike, some bands, bench and free weights in my loft area I converted to my workout space.  Needless to say, I can't run with the MN and need something less jarring on my body.  I have dimples from the cellulitis and just hate that i have it.  I know with doing your workouts, it will get better.  I have a wedding to attend for my nephew in mid April and would like to see results.

I only have other bands to how go I do it without the machine?  Also, can these be done with dumbbells?

I have a band but not the equipment the band is attached to.  Can I use a dumbbell for these?

Hi Joey, I just purchased the program and have a treadmill, workbench, recumbent bike and free weights at home as I prefer to workout at home and not a gym.  I have worked out before but was doing heavy duty stuff and ended up injuring my left foot and now have Morton's Neuroma.  I want to start a 5 day a week workout calendar and wanted to know if I can do lunges without aggravating the neuroma?  My other question was the Elixer is a little pricey so is this something I must purchase to see any results?  I'm debating to go ahead though since I take other supplements and would be easier to just take this once per day.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!  looking forward to this program.
