Hi, I just watched the "mighty meal walk through" which said there would be links below for the salad, cauli steaks etc...but I can't seem to find them? Is there another section where these would be and do you have a "List" of suggestions as to what fruits & vegies you recommend eating or others that are not so good?....(for meals and snacks please).

Hey Joey - I recently joined Total Access. I read through the Fusion Flex cheat sheet and have tried a few of the daily workouts. I like the idea of slower gentler activity!
Here’s my question - I watch my grandkids during the week so lunch time can be a bit busy. I’d like to have a salad for lunch during the week. I‘ve watched you prepare yours a few times on TT and wonder if you’ve every prepped the “salad dressing” ahead of time? - Like enough for the whole week - so I wouldn’t have to get all of the ingredients out each day while juggling a 3 year old and a one year old at lunchtime.
What can you drink other than water during your fasting time please
Hi Joey, I'm new to Total Access. I enrolled last month. On the 6-day sample you have 2-3 other workouts within each day. Is the goal to do them all or select only one? Thank you, for your program.

I would like to purchase the Sculptafit resistance bands but I could not find a link for them. I did come across resistance bands from a company called "Stroop" (which also uses the term "Sculptafit"), but I wasn't sure if this was your company. Any advice you can provide would be appreciated. Hello Joey! I have decided to change my life for better and make healthier choices. I came across Your TikTok page and purchased your Total Access plan and can't wait to start, but my main concern is with my extremely limited time and schedule. Could I work out only 3 days a week by combining:
Day 1 & 2 on 1st Day
Day 3 & 4 on 2nd Day
Day 5 on 3rd Day
Would that work? Any suggestions?
It seems I would have 3 -4 days a week available for workouts.

Joey would it be possible for me to get an excel sheet the names the exercises for workouts. I travel often and I don't always have time to watch the video's because you go into explanations for new people. I would also like to create a tracking log. I can create an excel sheet if you have PDFS's for each work out session?

Joey, I have caught some of your evening lives, preparing your dinner salads. I was wondering maybe you could show people how to prepare delicious veggies, like a steam sauté, or roasting. Maybe even your apple bliss. Just a suggestion 😊
