Hi Joey, I already had a foam roller so I started your suggestion immediately. I haven’t had cramping except for right above the back of the knee which tells me I need to roll lower.. it’s been amazing how quickly it has helped. I’ve always done the standard stretching. The roller is the key! Thank you!

Joey Atlas I don’t think I’ve had a specific sports massage for that area but I will try it, also the foam roller.  I’ve worked out all my life and this is a chronic problem. I’ve been taking Juijitsu for a few months and there are some moves that cause the cramping.  Thank you so much for your response. Debbie

I am only new to your program but have suffered with hamstring cramps for many years. Some say I need more stretching and others say stronger muscles. I have done the lower body stretch a few mornings.  My hips always are tight so those stretches are great. Is that routine what is needed? Just stick with it?

Hello, I’m very new to total access and actually started the cellulite program and after 1 day signed on to total access. I’m having trouble with my hamstrings. When doing bridge exercises, yoga and Juijitsu moves I get terrible cramps that leave as soon as I straighten the leg. This has been a long time problem. I wonder if you have any insight into this problem and what I should solve this cramping problem
