Joey Atlas I don’t think I’ve had a specific sports massage for that area but I will try it, also the foam roller.  I’ve worked out all my life and this is a chronic problem. I’ve been taking Juijitsu for a few months and there are some moves that cause the cramping.  Thank you so much for your response. DebbieÂ

Hi Joey, I already had a foam roller so I started your suggestion immediately. I haven’t had cramping except for right above the back of the knee which tells me I need to roll lower.. it’s been amazing how quickly it has helped. I’ve always done the standard stretching. The roller is the key! Thank you!
