What exact device are you using?? Also, regarding your band question. You posted that in the new Community section. Yes - BUT as I suggested in the previous Q/A - go through the main Naked Beauty routine 2 or 3 times through if you feel 1 time is too easy. Let's try that first before adding ankle weights. :-)

Hi Marianxhela! Great info you provide for context - thank you! I recommend just doing the main Naked Beauty routine on your lower body days. Since you have a strong fitness history I would say you can go through the routine 2 or 3 times on the days you do it. Let's see how that goes and we can progress from there. Also - be sure to take "before" photos for your reference. Cool? Looking forward to your success!!
