Hi Sue! Great question and a great move for hubby to get some exercise going to help him. He can start by doing the extreme beginner routine daily until it gets "easy" - and then we can add more :-)

Hi Barbara! I'm assuming you're trying to connect a desktop or a laptop to the TV with the HDMI? Mac or a PC? You may need to select something on the device to send the video/audio to the TV.

That can work, but I'll ask - any reason why you don't want to include core/midsection and upper body zones?
