Mechele Prosch Cool ok - you can drop your cardio down to 12-15 mins if you still want to do the recumbent bike. OR you can try some of my short body-weight cardio sessions too.

Kim Faulkner yeah - organic bananas are awesome no doubt BUT - we have to really earn those carbs. :-) If we have an active day - we can have a small/medium banana as part of "dessert" :-)

Perfect - the first thing to add is the band kit - here's the link http://www.bestbodybands.com

When you scroll down you'll see it includes:

– Two Medium 36″ Slastix

– Two Heavy 36″ Slastix

– Two Contoured Handles

– Two Door Anchors

– Two Cloth Anchors

– Stroops Orange Cinch bag

Some people add some Light 36" slastix bands to their order and some guys and 'Very Heavy' bands as well. Whatever you decide to add - be sure to 'Add to Cart' for the main kit first then go click around to look at the other bands, items, etc, if you wish.
