ABSOLUTELY Jean Lochead! :-) Aim to do lower-body 2X per week. And make use of Naked Beauty as one of the sessions you do :-) For the other day you can do the Level 1 mat session from ULBHTM - but if it's too easy - either go through it TWICE... OR add the PART B standing session right after doing the mat session 1X.  Looking forward to your cellulite success story!!

The SCULPTAFIT Home-Gym system is the name. I have none in stock currently - but I may have an extra that was leftover when I closed the Studio during covid.

For your upper body days I would think about doing chest/back/abs-core one day - and the other upper body day can be arms/shoulders/traps (plus any of my cardio videos and mobility/stretch sessions.. if time allows):

Welcome, Carolyn Henson!! YES - it sure will help you get lean - and strong, toned, healthy... And by the sounds of your sweet soreness - it's already working!! Love it. Be sure to make use of the other bonus video training sessions for the rest of your body. And aim to do lower-body 2X per week.  I hope you took "before" photos!! If not - do them ASAP - you'll be glad you did! :-)

Perfect Beata Swiatek! This is exactly what the Sample Schedule are made for :-) Since you already have a 'basic foundation' I would suggest you go to the 6-Day Sample Schedule and follow that for at least a month.
