Louise!! Excellent questions!

1 - YES - the hamstrings are working hard on the reverse planks and it's normal to "feel" them working.

2 - YES - it is good to vary the position/distance of where you place your heels.

3 - Can you clarify the front thigh/knee question? Which specific exercises are you referring to?

Much love

Joey

Renee Wow - this is a great story, Renee! And you're going to get AWESOME results by following the instructions I give :-)

You don't need the home-gym system in order to use most/all of the training videos and cooking videos in the Total-Access membership. What fitness training items do you have at home? (bands? ball? dumbbells? mat? , etc?)

Hi Renee! You can train every day but you want to only do lower body around 3 days per week and the other days you do the other body zones... Abs/Stomach - Arms - Shoulders - Chest/Back.. If you want to include Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip & Thigh Makeover - do the Level 1 mat session on a Naked Beauty day WITH Naked-Beauty...

Let me know if that helps and if you've done the programs in the past??

Hi Karen!! Great question!

You can drop these for sure:

==> superbeets chews , and a Ceylon, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, curcumin, berberine & ginseng supplement...

Just be sure to use organic cinnamon in some of your weekly recipes.. and same for turmeric and black pepper... Can you do that?

Also - what's your favorite way to use the BBB Elixir Mixer? And have you tried it with a squeeze of lemon yet? How about a spoon of honey or agave?

~Joey :-)

Hi Gina Crubaugh!! It's a good one for sure - What specifically do you love about it??

Gina Crubaugh - Hi Gina! You can use them two ways... One as an anchor - you simply wrap the strap around any sturdy/ strong post (furniture, treadmill, wall anchors you have someone drill into wall studs for you, etc) and then you loop it through itself and then hook your band hook onto the metal ring.. You can also use the cloth straps as handles for certain exercises.. For example - we show that in this routine on a few exercises: https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/collection-lower-body-liit-for-life
