Sounds like you haven't been consistent with the right program... you say; "with a few down falls of falling off the exercise wagon through the years after retiring from the Army,.." Please give me as many details as possible so I understand your question(s) better.

Got it - ok... While those treatments may offer temporary relief - they won't 'fix' the issue. So...let's try this for starters - the first 25 minutes of this Total-Body stretch/mobility session is focused on lower-body.. Yes - lots of change and good new things as we move forward! Have you tried the 8-Day Sample Schedule yet?? Also please give me full context on the sciatica situation so I can make a suggestion or two.. When did it start? What triggered it? How long? What are you doing for it - if anything? etc...

Hi Kathy! :-) Most of the youtube videos - especially the recent ones - are just me doing my own training and sharing on the cam (these are not for people to follow). There are a few sample videos on the youtube channel that are also in Total-Access. Ah ok. Be sure to open the receipt email and follow the directions for requesting a refund through support. AND - you should try Total-Access as there are programs in here that may be more appropriate and helpful for your specifics needs and goals you have. For example - there are several mobility/gentle-flexibility programs and one called "Better Neck" - plus others :-)
