In that email are the suggestions for choosing your starting Sample Schedule. Let me know you got that email and you read it to see where you might want to start :-) Also - be sure to use the members area to post any questions - or for more guidance.  Just do the contraction - but don't bounce/jerk your glutes off the mat... Eventually you will be able to as your muscles/nerves develop.
