When was the last time you were 130 - and were you training then? Also - which exact model of body-comp scale do you have?

Melissa Annen - that's VERY helpful.. Here's what I suggest:
1 - stick to the program here.. you're on the right track with the training - and if you use any of the recipe/meal videos, even better!
2 - you mention the menopause/hormone factors, which are important - so I'd seriously consider getting proper complete functional-med labs done so you know all your numbers/levels and then can take action to improve the ones that need to be improved.
