Anne Marie Morgan - was there any physical therapy after these findings? if not - what was doctor's advice?

Anne Marie Morgan.. QUESTION - tell me about the neck issue. The disc bulge... the history - the treatments you've done, etc.. Regarding the pecs... If you haven't been stretching them - that the number one thing to add. And I wouldn't skip chest- BUT I would add 2-3 back sets of the rows.

Hi Jaya Mathew - I'm not sure what you mean about the 'device'.

Erin - 30 minutes a day is excellent - of course you can always add more if/when you want... as for max results in shortest time.... if you are able to add more of my bodyweight cardio sessions each week  - that will work extremely well :-)

Erin - excellent! No the legs won't get "big" but they will get fuller, firmer, defined... But you can dial it back to 2X per week. Especially if you're sore the next day***
