Hi Karen!

Great to hear you're ready to get serious about your improvements and progress!

You partially answered your own question as you are self-aware in that you haven't been doing the program consistently as a natural part of your lifestyle. Consistency and making it a regular part of your life is going to fix the things you are concerned about PLUS a lot more that you will be concerned about in the future - if you don't start taking proper action now.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking in the last few paragraphs so if you can clarify I'm happy to give you my best answer :-)

Hi Madeline! Thank you so much for the good words! LOVVVVE hearing that the cellulite is now "going away"!! Which exact program(s) are you doing? How long have you been consistent? And how long have you been making the nutrition improvements?Hopefully you still have those "before" photos as I can hear a cellulite success story interview coming in the future!! :-)

Hi Linda Beadle - The next part of the video is the standing session which you'll get to in the next 6-Day Sample Schedule. If you get through this 5-Day and you feel it was "easy" - then we'll go right to the 6-Day...I'd skip the trampoline and focus on the bodyweight cardio-toning sessions if you're going to put the time in - do something that will add results. The trampoline is nice but you're not going to get nearly as much effect from it as you will my bodyweight cardio sessions. (note - the "lymphatic drainage" things is more a myth than a truth... it was great marketing lingo for the mini-trampoline).

Hi Linda Beadle ! Pleasure meeting you on the zoom session as well!  So, as I'm just seeing these posts in here now - I hope you did the session "as is"... :-) No need to use ankle weight in the early stages. Hold off on them for the future.
