Louise D. You're so welcome!! :-) Those small fluctuations are insignificant... very small... and normal.. sometimes it's your body - sometimes it;s the device and sometimes it's both... but either way - you REALLY want to be looking at trends over time... obvious changes that are showing something significant - that you also feel as well. Example - if body-fat keeps rising and rising over the course of several months... and your clothes are getting tighter and you feel "heavier" - that's something you need to pay attention to - and consider WHY that might be happening... are you eating more... doing less training.. doing less cardio sessions..etc?

Hi Elena H. - and welcome!! This is a HUGE problem lots of women are facing or will face... those forms of movement are great for certain things - but not for building muscle density, bone density and strengthening the metabolism, etc... What you've discovered here IS effective for all those things and MORE... So in regards to the weights - you'll hear me instructs in the videos when to use them - and you can always ask me in here for clarification, when to increase resistance, etc... Do you have good resistance bands?  This will come in VERY handy as well. 

46 is like "teenage" when you get going on the proper fitness and nutrition program - so... be patient, be consistent and be excited for being on the right track now!! :-)

When the basic Sample Schedule starts to feel easy I would consider going to the 6-Day Sample Scheudle playlist. Does that sounds doable?

Also - be sure to take "before" photos for your own reference - you'll be glad you did.

Yes - it's totally a gravity/body position thing when doing that exercises or anything like it ... so - no worries - carry on!! :-)

Hi Joy D.! And welcome! The hip flexors will get better with time as you condition them through the gentle resistance training routine and the mobility/stretch routines. Be patient, be consistent and be grateful as the progress starts to become obvious... and keep me posted!! Any questions at all - just post in here :-)
