Do the 6-day schedule for at least a month… you can also add some of the Bodyweight cardio sessions for some of your cardio .

If you’re eating properly most of the time this should be enough. But I’ll ask you what you mean by eating healthy as this varies from person to person… also - what supplements do you take?

Sorry for the delay on this - for some reason I didn’t get a notification you posted this… but if suggest doing the 6-Day sample schedule for at preset a few weeks if you haven’t already. Let me know if that can work for you in terms of scheduling, etc

One set is for doorways and the other sets is for looping around any structure that is sturdy enough to hold up to how you are using the bands.
The bands can be used without the SCULPTAFIT home-gym system.. LOTS of people have the band kit without the home-gym as they are made to be used with - or without.. (they come with 2 sets of anchors to be used in various ways.) :-)
Are you against investing in the bands? (they will help you TREMENDOUSLY). I think it's free shipping in the USA this week too...
