For the sound - BE SURE you use the audio adjust slider - it's right near the little speaker icon in the lower left of the video screen.

You should have also just received your welcome emails (I had them sent again**) as they contain the suggestions for starting playlists. You'll also see the APP OPTIONS so you can click the link for your device operating system to download the app extension :-) In there is also a sweet calendar feature where you can save videos into your calendar so all you have to do is click the video in your calendar and you are in training :-) ...

You can also click on any video or any playlist so you have an extra quick way to find your favorites.

Lastly*** - if you share your specific  goals and where you are NOW in relation to those goals I will personally suggest a full playlist for you to follow in the early stage of your fitness journey going forward.
