Melissa Annen - that's VERY helpful.. Here's what I suggest:

1 - stick to the program here.. you're on the right track with the training - and if you use any of the recipe/meal videos, even better!

2 - you mention the menopause/hormone factors, which are important - so I'd seriously consider getting proper complete functional-med labs done so you know all your numbers/levels and then can take action to improve the ones that need to be improved.

You can do that with Lauren - she does them all remotely with clients. Let me know if you want to connect with her.***

Melissa Annen the photos will help you - trust me - just take them asap so they are true "before" photos (front back and both sides in a place at home that you can repeat for same lighting/context, etc... When was the last time you were 130 - and were you training then? Also - which exact model of body-comp scale do you have?

Melissa Annen - thank you for the details! And I love your goals. PLEASE take "before" photos asap... even only for your own reference - they will prove to be VERY helpful... Can you give me some context on your starting point? Weight, height, body-composition basics (body-fat%, lean muscle mass) (do you have a simple body composition scale?)
