Ideally you want to do them together - HOWEVER, they can be done separately if your time is tight - and you'll still get AMAZING results and improvements :-)

Hi Donna Fieldd! Awesome work on the getting the "before" photos done! :-)Â Yes - you aim to do the reps that I do... If you can't - you just do what you can and eventually you'll build up to what I'm teaching in the videos. This is a new approach compared to what you've been doing in the past :-)Â Lol.. understood. I see so many people getting wrecked in the conventional/mass-market fitness settings. Unfortunate but true - so I just keep cranking away with getting my 'better' methods out there as much as possible. Did you do Day 1 mat and standing session combo yet?
