Loralee Thiessen - ok so the first thing we need to look at is getting more training in on those other days... I'm assuming your schedule is tighter those days when you're not getting training in? If so - is it possible to fit some shorter training in those days? If so - how much time? Do you have 10 mins? 15? 23? How much?

Thanks, Robin! So one thing we want to do is add some cardio in several days a week? Can you fit a few 15-20 minutes cardio sessions in at home? How is the climate there for walking a few times a week?If your protein intake is decent - you can drop the collagen as it has to be broken down just like any other protein - so nothing actually special about it.Live this - what you say; "Tremendous improvements since I started your program."
