Most of the training is done without the Home-Gym unit... and in any of the videos where I am using it - even if you don't have one - I give alternaiutce and substitute exercises when I do use it.

Most Total-Access members don't have one and still use about 95% of the videos in here while making great progress and reaching goals?

Have you chosen a Sample Schedule yet? 

If not - share your goals with me- give me context on your current health/fitness status - and let me know what fitness items/equip you have at home.
