Hi Louise Davies!! I would focus on both... the body-weight toning cardio videos - and the resistance training (bodyweight and bands). Since you're under time/schedule constraints - choose sessions that fit for you, time-wise.. And just do the best you can - while enjoying your vacation :-)

Louise Davies - if have water bottles or soup cans... or similar - try using them first as they might be enough :-)
