Lisa Fort - Hi Lisa! Yes - the main session / symulast method...Ā  you can use either the first video at top of playlist or the one right under it. For midsection/abs/core - aim for 2 days per week... 3 if time allows... start with the Sexy-Stomach video in the Naked-Beauty playlist (see how many times you can go through the routine in order to "feel" like you've gotten a good session in.... after a few weeks you can start trying/adding the other midsection training videos from Total-Access :-)Ā  Keep me posted here! :-)

Michelle Wood - they'd have to be in excessive amounts and almost daily for that to possibly be 'true'... the amount of goitrogens required to be a possible issue would be difficult consume in raw form... The supplement is no longer "raw" as it is delivered in the dehydrated form - AND you also get a solid dose of fermented food-derived iodine which may prove to be an even bigger benefit for anyone looking for stronger nutrition to battle Hashimoto's... I'd suggest trying it for at least a month and see how your body responds.
