Welcome, debbie N.!! There sure is! 3 options...

1 - ROKU... if you have ROKU just search for Total-Access FIT with Joey Atlas - and you'll use your SAME login to get it on ROKU

2 - HDMI cable... if you have the HDMI ports on both devices - you can watch it that way by just making the connection.

3 - if you have Mac devices you can just mirror the device over to the TV...Easy :-)

And then - on Wednesday you'll start right back with the first session you did - and you're going to keep repeating this cycle of sessions until they start getting easier - and then we'll add some progressions :-)

Sarah-Jane - yes - it's been a long time coming - tomorrow is the day!! ...doing lots of prep work today.

Show up time is 8:30am for prep, etc - surgery set for 10:30am - and Lord willing I'll be home around dinner time to start the rehab/healing process.

I plan on training shoulders Tuesday with some modifications to negate load and torque on the hip - but the Surgeon's PA gave me full clearance to train the rest of the body with proper consideration given to the hip. PT starts on Wednesday.

Also - it would be good for you to do some mobility/flexibility... Remind me - do you have a large exercise ball for stretching?

Don't worry about trying to do too much too soon for the glutes.. you don't want to risk injury. We have to build the proper foundation first - and then progressions on top of the foundation... this means making sure your joints are strong first... shoulders, hips, spine, knees etc...
