Hi Camri - the muscles, nerves and fascia need at least a day to rest in between sessions. You can go through the sessions 2 or 3 x on the days you do them - but leave a day in between for recuperation and rebuilding.
Hi Dawn - which specific program/video set is this Question for? Thanks! :-)
Let me know how you love it! :-)

Hi Heather! There is a pdf for the main NB/SYMULAST video. Did you see that in the emails you rcvd on the day you signed up? Take a look there for the links :-) Let me know you see them! ~Joey

Awesome, Brittney!! Welcome to the program. You're going to LOVE it! :-) ~Joey
Hi Alexia - neither approach is "better" per se.. They are both great variations though. So one week you can do one and the next week you can do the other approach you mention. Make sense?

Hi Celine! Please see the Sample Schedules in the 'Resources' tab above :-)

Hi Robin! Under the main NB session video here - you'll see a 'Resources' tab. Click that and you'll see the pdf file you can download :-) Regarding osteoporosis. All these video sessions both with the Naked Beauty/SYMULAST program and especially all the other training videos on the rest of this site are 'weight bearing' in nature. I've written a few times about and also talked about it on a few podcasts - weight bearing and weight-lifting are 2 different things. We don't necessarily have to "lift weights" to reverse and prevent osteoporosis. BUT we do need to subject our bones to various forces, wich are a natural part of the types of training we do, and teach - in the studio, personally and of course here in the Video-On-Demand site :-) Let me know if that helps! BEST ~Joey
Hi Alexia! Best way to optimize them is to follow the Sample Schedules as they are laid out :-) What kind of progress have you made so far? You can alternate the # of sets & reps both ways. Some weeks broken up and some weeks all in one set(s). But always when starting out I advice multiple sets each with less reps (relatively speaking). Keep me posted on your progress! ~Joey
