Louise Etapp - ah ok - so the Sample Schedule is the progression plan, per se... when this 5-day gets a bit easy... Then you want to think about moving to the 6-day :-) But just keep in mind - you can do a progression in the 5-Day by going through ANY of the sessions more than 1X... you can do 2X (or 3X) on the ones that are getting too easy too soon. Make sense?
