Hey Jenn !! Just did quick search no this. Save your money. It's a waste.How are you doing with your trainnig schedule? Consistent? What lower body sessions have you been doing?How's your nutrition been?

Loralee Thiessen ! sorry for the delay on this. There are a whole series of both those types of training videos in the Total-Access library... I'll pull a bunch of links and place them below... What you can do is 'Add to favorites' - and you can also "add to calendar" if you have certain ones you want to do on certain days - you can drop them into the calendar and whatever video(s) you drop into a certain day - they'll be there for you to simply open and click to play :-)

Hi Vivienne! For a level-3 training session you can combine TBT 1 and 2.... And/or you can also use any of the total-body training sessions in Total-Access for more variations and progressions :-) Any questions - just let me know!
