There should not be an i after com (remove the i)

Gina Crubaugh - see previous reply :-) I'll add here that if you increase your food sourced protein as I mentioned in the other reply intake you could set the aminos aside for a while - you may not need them actually.

Gina Crubaugh - this is great info - and I like your approach - I will ask - what types and amounts of healthy fats do you add to your meals? besides from the nuts/seeds...

Also - what carbohydrate sources are your daily "go to" that you includes in most meals?

Do you feel like you can eat a few more ounces of protein in these meals - or would it feel "forced"?

Regarding the Elixir Mixer - I'd suggest giving it a try as the light stevia added has been very well received by others who had an aversion to other cheaper sources used in higher amounts in the past. The full spectrum nutrient combo would surely help raise the levels of key micro-nutrients your body can utilize.

I didn't hear back from you in the other post so I'm not even sure you saw my questions or suggestions.. Either way... you can request a refund by emailing Beth on my support team at: joeyatlas@thejoeyatlas.com

I will add that you're giving up way too soon and patience is needed when trying to change your problem areas in your mid-forties. You're welcome to try the more advanced programs too if you haven't already(??)

Athari alroumi - I might have an old one in a file somewhere - but what you really just need to do is focus on doing Level 1 Mat and Standing sessions together... 2 - 3 times a week. Have you started yet? If not - start tomorrow and let me know how you do. And we go from there.. (NOTE - be sure to take "before" photos for your own reference - as these will help you see the improvements you're making as the months progress.

Athari alroumi - perfect - ok ..do you have any fitness items at home or will you be training at the gym?

Either way - let's go right to the 6-Day Sample Schedule (there are two lower-body days in this 6 day cycle) - here's the link to the entire playlist - https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/collection-6-day-intermediate-sample-schedule-complete-video-playlist?category_id=10017 you'll see which videos to do each day and you can also use the calendar function to place the video links into the specific days you will be doing them.

Any questions just let me know!!

Gina Crubaugh - You're so welcome! Thank YOU for putting my methods into practice and getting those great results!!

66 is "young" when we take proper care of ourselves!!

I LOVE hearing this great feedback, Gina!! I sense a possible podcast interview in the future :-)

You can surely build more muscle from here forward. I love good bands because when used properly they create a synergistic effect when combined with bodyweight exercsies and dumbbell exercsies that makes great thigns happen.

Yes - please do let me know when you get the bands - and let me know here what exact dumbbell weights you currently have.

And give me an idea of your daily protein intake too, please.

Thanks Athari - can you please convert the height and weight to feet/inches and pounds…

Hi Athari alroumi  - please give me some more context so I can guide you better...

1 - describe your current fitness and health status... and most recent fitness training activity

2 - what's your age, height, weight

3 - any joint issues? (knees, shoulders, back, hips, etc)

4 - and when you say "cellulite" - what EXACTLY do you mean? ...how would you describe the issues you want to improve?

Gina Crubaugh - Hi Gina! Think of the bands as an investment in your body and your health - these will last you YEARS and will benefit you in many ways. AND - these come with a travel bag so you can take them on the road and never miss a beat.

Yes - they come with two sets of anchors on one set is for doorways - including sturdy sliding doors. Let me know when you get them and I'll share some video clips to show you how to use them easily.

In the meantime - yes - if you double up on the sets that use just the weights when leaving out the bands sets - you will still make progress and get results.

Give me a better idea of your current fitness status/profile - desired goals - etc.. and I can suggest more training videos, etc.
