5.9 , 22.5 BMI, 26.8 Body Fat just in Midle section, weight 152, Musscle Mass 104.4
I need weekly plan to follow. Doing 7-10k steps, straight training with dambels. I need the structure to follow. I hope some day I will be able to get private couching from you in the future. I am very consistent every week just looking for the right metod to have body composition of my dream. Everything you are teaching have a lot of sense and it’s a truth.
I strongly belive that you need to do detailed vidios with dumbbells to follow series so we can follow weekly. You going to have million followers if you will do that. With proper repetition and music that will be a dream come thru!! Please create somting the program your legacy so you can make a BIG IMPACT on peoples lives.

Hi Joe what I can do if I don’t have all this equipment to do on day two and day tree? Can I use counter top in the kitchen or don’t know what to do
Also the day one doing the legs I have two vidios that is the program for one day or choose one?
