Body composition is my gol I am 5.9

5.9 , 22.5 BMI, 26.8 Body Fat just in Midle section, weight 152, Musscle Mass 104.4

I need weekly plan to follow. Doing 7-10k steps, straight training with dambels. I need the structure to follow. I hope some day I will be able to get private couching from you in the future. I am very consistent every week just looking for the right metod to have body composition of my dream. Everything you are teaching have a lot of sense and it’s a truth.

I strongly belive that you need to do detailed vidios with dumbbells to follow series so we can follow weekly. You going to have million followers if you will do that. With proper repetition and music that will be a dream come thru!! Please create somting the program your legacy so you can make a BIG IMPACT on peoples lives.

Body composition please🙏😅 and belly fat to go away😅 I am doing Naked Beauty but can’t add to colander it’s not available in your catalog to add. I see abundance off amazing video on YouTube but I don’t know how to put all together what I need to do weekly. Adding some of the workouts but need solid plan to know what to do weekly for all my body.

Ok I am doing Naked Beauty The symulas method main session ones a week and Tighty Toned arms ones or two.

Every morning going for 15 - 30 min walk after doing 10 squats, 1 min plank, pushups

I was thinking to add body toning level 2 to my schedule

Doing daily Monday to Friday 10-30min workouts - balance and stability, strength full body slow dummbell, core and ABS. I useing weekly schedule from GROWWITHJO App.

I am active but looking for most effective movements and all the workouts from you are really best🏆.

I feel so good after doing them and feel and see results when doing consistent. Just don’t know what and which workouts I need to follow daily/weekly to tone all then body and tone my arms, legs etc. When to do cardio workouts? You have a lot of amazing videos🤩🔥 ok help please🙏 and THANK YOU🥰

This is 18 min walk on stairs. Any stairs and do slow Avery other step
