Ok I am doing Naked Beauty The symulas method main session ones a week and Tighty Toned arms ones or two.
Every morning going for 15 - 30 min walk after doing 10 squats, 1 min plank, pushups
I was thinking to add body toning level 2 to my schedule
Doing daily Monday to Friday 10-30min workouts - balance and stability, strength full body slow dummbell, core and ABS. I useing weekly schedule from GROWWITHJO App.
I am active but looking for most effective movements and all the workouts from you are really best🏆.
I feel so good after doing them and feel and see results when doing consistent. Just don’t know what and which workouts I need to follow daily/weekly to tone all then body and tone my arms, legs etc. When to do cardio workouts? You have a lot of amazing videos🤩🔥 ok help please🙏 and THANK YOU🥰
