The phase one playlist that you sent me link won’t open and I went back and tried that link again and it still won’t open. Did you want me to try that same link?

Hi Joey, the link is saying page not found go exception no roots for location

Joey A. Sorry I remember watching your introduction video and you told me to save everything to favorites so I have been trying to follow each day as I added them all to favorites. I remember in your beginning introduction video you said you will then have another video following to teach us how to do the playlist and all that. I have not found that follow up video. Do you have that so I can learn how to do this? I tried to do what you said And named my first playlist shoulder day one and I added the first video of three that you assigned, when I went to do the second shoulder video it said it was taken add another to the playlist. So maybe you can refer me to that follow up video that teaches me how to do this all.

Joey A. OK and to clarify, would I leave out the abs core from the sequence of the stretching daily and just do my abs/core on the one scheduled day you gave me?

Joey A. Thank you for that. It’s discouraging . So for Sunday, I was assuming I should pick up on my day 3- total body stretch and abs and core. I will just add the stretching you gave me I figured since I only did it one set, and my sciatica is not worse🥳. It really helped💐. Is that good to do back to back ? Also, how many days can I add that to on my schedule as to progress in my weakness in this area?

Joey A. OK regarding the stretches I’ll just take your recommendations and I will do them as well. As far as the knee, it feels good doing the Matt session lower body I’ve never had any Issue. I understand I feel my knee weaknesses when walking because I have a journey to strengthening them.

OK, update: My muscles and I are just so happy to be here😄👏🙌! Having so much fun working out along with you🥳 Monday did chest 2x’s great. Tue arms 3 easy, did 5lbs. Wed shoulders 2 x’s, beginner bands. Arm is happy😄. Perfectly sore all around. Few questions: 1- can I do the flexi stretch on Monday and Tue and other days or do certain days use ball total body stretch or do you have other stretches before other days or full body stretches to do every day? I’d just like you to guide me with which stretches each day. 2- as I move working I’m very careful about my knee position. As when I was walking today at one point I do feel little twinges maybe under my knee or over knee , just randomly, no pain. They are sad😑. And 3- I wanted to point out as my teenager stressed me extremely bad today. I felt all the stress go to my upper glute tailbone area where it was achy weeks ago. It was just a mild ache mostly in the upper glute and to the hamstring very mild, hardly noticeable, but stress is clearly affecting my muscles as I homeschool them. That was a revelation for me just how much . I just lay on my back and put my knees up. Not sure if that was what you would’ve suggested. Joey I was trying to hold off questions so you have time to care for yourself, but they’re building up🥴🤭.
