Joey A Joey, I have Another vital piece that we have improved over the years but being High functioning on the Autism spectrum the forward head and the duck feet are common things and he has both. He did have a season Of occupational therapy when he was younger, but he never got enough of all that he really needed and that’s why I started him doing simple dumbbell at around 15, I had him swimming before that and biking. Do you see the magnitude of why I want to make him a schedule so it’s visual in the living room , I’m grateful the Lord led us to you🙌 A child that is on the spectrum and left to himself , is neglect. They need a delicate different stronger guidance, a coach, as they are usually 3 year’s delayed and not matured the same yet. A typical teen needs to figure it out and they don’t need the same handling as they work differently. This is delicate, but I provide what he needs under my roof and it’s his decision what he does with it, as we feed him facts it then becomes his decision to fully engage slowly.

I just remembered I took him to the doctor two years ago to check for scoliosis, but he said no however Joey‘s neck is forward a lot and needs work for that for sure.

Thank you, Joann! Yeah I know he will respond better to a man giving him real man workout instead of Mom‘s rehab beginning steps. I don’t wanna turn them off with what I’m doing. I wish I could buy him the sculpt to fit system , that’s my goal one day.

He did watch two or so and started implementing your exercise and did apply what he learned from you already about a month ago Before Work became hard and inconsistant, 6am shift after a 11pm Close shift

But I think he needs a direction and a schedule like I have, he thrives with that as well. He’s a structured and your Plan can make his unsettled work life doable to fit it in around his work .

He has always trained at home in the living room because we homeschool. He was self motivated doing OK until his job, he’s trying to balance working out in school on top of working part-time. no joint or medical issues
