Joey A. I eat from ALL protein sources, so the standard for snacks, tuna bowl, or other fish, almonds (best for me), homemade protein bars, cottage cheese, Greek Yoghurt/Kefir yoghurt etc. I do use a Beef protein powder for work. It's organic, regeneratively farmed, hormone free, heavy metal and microbiologically tested on each batch.

I never eat processed food. I stick to organic, basic protein and veg and cook all my food at home as well as my food for work. Just as well I enjoy cooking!😉🤣

I keep a VERY close eye on what is happening with food and strive to get the least "tampered with" products. Consuming "enough" can be tricky with my output but I've had enough of tracking macros for years and am enjoying the downtime!

Joey A. Here's the link for the kit....https://amzn.eu/d/0aAcffQo

If its no good for the States let me know and I'll post pics👌

Great advice on the DB's thanks👌

I've managed to grab some really heavy duty bands, up to 38.6kg. Excellent bit of kit. So where the bio-mechanics of an exercise might be questionable with DB control I'm using the bands to "up the anti".

I haven't taken any "before" pics as

It's not that which encourages me. Having spent a long time being extremely accountable and very critical, I'm being super careful about my mindset and comparisons to my previous conditioning. It's a fine line hey?😉. However, I know the hypertrophy is in action already and I'm feeling super good mentally.👌

Really enjoying getting back to it!

Well!,…..this works brilliantly for the “afternoon energy dip”🙌. My day starts really early around 5am, walking my dog before heading off to my business in gardening, which requires a lot of my physical energy. By 3-4pm my work is done but my dog still needs another walk and I need to train. I have literally done this twice, held each stretch for a minimum of 30 seconds. Each time, I have felt rejuvenated and ready to go again. Thanks Joey!! 💪💪

Thanks Joey, appreciate your helpful offer and I'll be sure to come back here and ask after a bit of navigation and trialling 🧡
