Reverse crunch - impossible to bring my knees to chest. Can’t get my glutes off the mat. Lol Maybe in time but what would the modification be for someone with very little core strength?

Half head of chopped organic cabbage, sprinkle white vinegar (less than 1/4 cup) over the top of the cabbage, 1 teaspoon organic sesame seeds, pinch of organic celery seed, 1/2 teaspoon organic toasted sesame oil, 2 tablespoons local honey, mix with fork, add salt & pepper if desired, and ENJOY!!!  

Recipe:

3 ounces hot water, 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, 1/2 mug of cooked quinoa or steel cut cooked oats (make big batch for the week), shake of cinnamon, pinch sea salt, shake of almond extract, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed protein powder (or other protein powder), 1 tablespoon honey. Stir and enjoy.

Joey Atlas I am feeling hopeful and motivated. You know exactly how to train people safely and you are an inspiration and so helpful with setting us up for success. I am excited. I just finished Day 2 and it was encouraging and energizing to be able to follow along and feel confident I was doing it correctly - slowly and correct form. You give clear instructions and it's easy to follow.

Joey Atlas thanks! I am already feeling great things happening. I woke up feeling sore and knowing Day 1 was a success! My most important short term goal: complete the daily workout EVERY DAY. Long term: get fit with daily activity and healty eating for the rest of my life.
