I drink beam minerals,vitamins D5 and K2, B1 and magnesium glycinate. My training before total access was just lifting my 5 pound weights for my arms every other day. Over thirty minutes each session. LEG LIFTS WITH WEIGHTS.

I eat red potatoe,sometimes flat bread but I get most of the carbs from the veggies I eat or the fruit I put in my smoothie

I eat pretty healthy salads,protein,legumes,protein smoothies and take vitamins D,B1, and magnesium glycinate. I lifted weights for the arms but not like your method. I would do HIIT AND FASTING.

Hi Joey I started a month ago but I noticed that every time I do a workout such as just the arms I am so so tired. I know I am in menopause and this may be the reason but I also lean towards my workout at being the reason more so. What do you think?

Joey Atlas i have used the freebies on utube for the shoulders and triceps. All dealing with the arms.

I am 56 years old and weighed 234 in Nov. 2025 I now weigh 209. I started fasting and still doing so. I was told that there is arthritis in both my knees. They hurt but still try your movements. I am 5'6 in height. I have been lifting weights for my arms since November and there have been no real results until I found YOU. Now I am seeing something and it's only been a month and a half. I am overly excited to learn more.😀

Hi Joey I don't recall a welcome packet. My long term goal is to get healthy,get to the weight I should be and to finally have well defined muscle.

Hi Joey I am new to total access so I'm not familiar with the site too much. I was looking for arm workouts but didn't find much. Where can I find some of your videos?
