Hi Joey yes I'm sore. Yes I have fat to lose. I can walk in my neighborhood. I have walked before 20 min, 2 miles occasionally 3. I do videos so they're not just walking pretty fast paced knee lifts hamstring curls etc. so what do u suggest? I'm not quite there yet with the workouts getting easier!

You are welcome Joey! So how long does it take to progress from beginner to intermediate level? I still struggle with 1 set of 15 reps for all 5 days after 4 wks. Is this average for my age(73)? Should I add walking each day and for how long? Thx!

Hi Joey I'm doing Whole 30 till Feb 1st. It's not a crazy diet it's an elimination diet. I am doing the plant based version as well. Lots of fruits veggies salads, nuts, seeds and I got the pea protein you suggested on your flex fusion nutrition. I suspect dairy/ cheese and even monkfruit stevia may be giving me adverse symptoms. I got your belly elixir and love it but no go from While 30 only because of stevia leaf. I can tell you this isn't about my weight it's about my ❤️ and my blood sugar. I saw your new vid re 5 failure factors and I absolutely agree with you. On day 3I I reintroduce 1 group at a time to see if any symptoms return. I then take 2-3 days going back to full elimination to see if symptoms disappear. I do that with each thing dairy, meat, stevia, oats, bread etc I'll reintroduce your elixir after I'm finished with that. Already on day 2 without any sugars except fruit I am experiencing 10 pts lower in my bpm heart rate. I am calmer as well. This is not to take away from your program at all. I'll return to flex fusion nutrition once I see what foods are the culprit. I continue to do your beginner 5 day schedule as a member and I think you are the real deal! Thx for all you do;

I've gotta say that the sorry flex stretches relax me so much and Joey's background music does too! What kind of music is that? Lol! I can get really tense and these stretches really work TY Joey!

Didn't have room in my last comment. My grandfather Alphonso !! grew a beautiful fig tree on Long Island. They were green tear drops with a blush on the bottom. I loved them so much! In landlocked Utah forgetaboutit! they don't grow here! And I can't find them in the stores that is so neat that you are growing one!!! Brings back memories!

Ok, I was 110-115 up till age 46 then I went into early menopause. I struggled with my weight ballooning up to 150 but finally getting down to 130 lbs in past 9 years. My lowest weight most recently was 116.8 in April of this year and yes I was doing you tube videos pilates, weights, walking cardio 6 days a week. I have gained 12 lbs since then and am shocked! I haven't gone off track that much but who knows?? A typical (and yes not the greatest) breakfast for me is 1-2 eggs, sugar free nitrate free bacon 2 slices, 2 slices Dave's Killer bread with butter, coffee nutpods creamer and monkfruit sweetner or coconut sugar 2 tsp. I was exercising in the am, but I then exercised in last 8 months all over the place am, afternoon, late afternoon, and I am not consistently walking. Like I said this is week 3 of your exercises in the beginner schedule which also shocked me as to how hard they were since I was not new to exercising. Perhaps thyroid? Thanks muchly💜
