Hi Joey my goals are: over a yr doing weights and cardio with little to show for it. Got discouraged stressed this summer and gained back 9 of my 17 lbs lost. I'm a youthful 72 yr old. Trouble spots belly, flattened big butt back of thighs flabby. Pre- diabetic so have been keto for over a year. Not sustainable however good carbs spike my blood sugar ( cgm) if I eat more than 1/4 cup which to me is not much. I am 5'1" 124 lbs so not overly obese. I know a lot about nutrition but can't get to that point where I keep the weight off consistently. Lots of stress in my life. I have heart disease. My open heart surgery failed after 7 months. I think that's when I got discouraged and started getting sloppy with what I ate. Need help with toning up. My hamstrings have always been week and the backs of my thighs are flabby even with all the exercises I did in the past year. Need some guidance. Started your total access somewhat hopeful. I eat healthy fats but how much is too much and is it worth it to get low carb pastas as I seem sensitive to some carbs? I am feeling your workouts and taking it slow. Thx for everything. God willing He'll grant me a few more good years!

Arthritis in neck and neck vertebrae are forward. Did these gently and boy it helped! Will incorporate 2 x a week don't want to overdo! Thx Joey!

Day 1 have been doing your exercises on you tube but the bullet got total access today. Did butt thighs yesterday did this core one today. Felt the burn! First exercise was a bit sensitive on my back but got thru 2x! Yay!
