Wow just finished this one and the endorphins are flowing, my step was almost 2 inches higher this time so was pretty challenging, I usually take about 10-15 seconds break between each set as I need it phew 😅 I use 2 6 lb dumbbells for the step up and an 8 lb dumbbell for the V-draw and TBud’s. Thank you Joey for the Awesome and effective session and now it’s time for me to do a much needed stretch, then hit the shower! 😁
