Hey Joey - I hope you had a great Holiday Season! I got a notification about a live event at 11:00 today through the app. Unfortunately we had plans to meet the family at church for the traditional Pennsylvania pork and sauerkraut meal at 11:00 so I missed it. I don’t remember reading anything about a live event in the emails recently - what did I miss?

Hey Julie! The app is included with total access - I have found the app is the easiest way to navigate the videos. I have the app on my phone and on my Roku tv. Do you have an Apple or Android device?

If you have an Andriod you could probably search something like this “Total-Access FIT w/ Joey Atlas” and find it . I also downloaded the app to my Roku tv. I use the tv for training and the app to check the community messages.

Getting started!

Good morning Joey! No better time than today to get started! I finally have the garage set up for my training area.

haven't seen any TT Live notifications from you for a while - I hope all is well and you are spending some quality time with your family. If I remember correctly you had/have a big day sometime in June!

Joey - this stretch hit the spot. I mentioned on TT that I’ve been laid up in the bed sick for three days and planned to do a stretch video after my walk. This was just what I needed! 3/16/23

Joey Atlas - it makes perfect sense! and I think working it into the morning is going to be the answer - just need to work on changing my morning habits to fit in the self care!

Also - I am currently navigating around the site on my computer for the first time. Much easier to navigate than on my phone - understanding the site better will help when I am on my phone casting the videos onto my Apple TV.

Very helpful - thanks! The workouts I’ve done have been very effective - I just haven’t figured out how to fit it into my day on a regular basis. This has been a rough week. Life keeps getting in the way - but I’ll figure it out!
