I am just listening to a video on the sculptfit site about a woman focused on lower body and celulitte. So I am doing the day 6. Did a week of day 5 then went to day 6 as felt I needed more. So what I am wondering is.....in addition to the 6 day program....should I be doing more targeted lower body (ie: the celulitte exercises every 3rd day?). Im glad the program is working on all the body but I really want to get the legs leaner and toned and rid this celulite. Second question.....I eat really well and exercise but my legs just seem to be puffy.....no matter what I do exercise and foods my legs don't want to slim down. Perhaps I need to shift my diet? Do you recommend things like keto or intermedient fasting.
Hi Joey.....you had mentioned if I found the '5 day' a bit too easy to move on to #6. I think I might do that. It's great but really feel it's not as much as a workout I would typically do. So I'm doing day 5 today and then tomorrow will go to #6.
Hi Joey,
Just joined with the full package. Where do I start and what types of basic equipment do I need? I only have an elliptical and 5 lb hand weights at home right now.
Yesterday I won a chili cook off contest with vegetarian chili made from scratch with mostly organic products, they had no idea it was vegetarian until after the contest was over, I then told them it was vegetarian, everybody was in WOW, the judges were all meat eaters. I told them this is proof you don't need meat to make good food.
Hi Joey
Hope you are keeping well.
I have been a member of Sculptafit (Naked Beauty - The Symulast) for some time now and I find I tend to dip in and out of the different sessions as needed, although I have to admit, I may not have done it often enough or for long enough to get the real benefit and lasting results.
I am 52 years old, 5ft 1 in height, relatively fit and in good health, weighing in at 52kg and I would consider myself a skinny fat. 🙁. I am quite fortunate in the sense that I can eat what I want to a certain extent and not gain lots of weight (even though I am also going through the menopause) and even though my diet is not too bad, it doesn't help me as I have a really sweet tooth, so eat chocolate every day, love fresh crispy bread covered with real butter.........but as a result I believe this has not worked in my favour.
I also have a lot of cellulite on my legs (front & back), sides of my body and even worse now this has come on my arms, so I need your help urgently please to stop this getting any worse and hopefully reverse this.
I often look at the positive results from many members and feel inspired, although I have to say because I am not overweight, I can get lazy and end up just living with it. Also, I feel overwhelmed as which options should I chose and which sessions are the right ones for me.
I live on my own and I have noticed a lot of these are to include family members (which would help with the cost) but
there is only me and I don't have money to throw away so without wanting to sound conceited, I want to make sure I am choosing and working with the best ones to help me.
Please can you help and advise?
Many thanks
Karen
Hey Joey, I’ve been a member for years, back & forth at times but now I’m really loving the exercises, I never had the food thing down pat, felt if I exercised I could eat what I wanted, not true! Lol. I wish now I had saved my beginning picture of my cellulite, but it was too ugly to send, but now I’m watching what I eat, fasting & I see the results are so much better which brings me to the question, front & back of legs are showing improvement while inner thighs, not as much, is this normal? Are there more exercises for just the inner thighs…? I love your program & tell everyone about it! I see some trainers are trying to teach what you do but there is only Joey Atlas, the one who helped women years before anyone else.. I’m loyal to the bone, lol! Thank you so much, you're changing dimpled bodies everywhere!

Hi Joey....sorry I suppose I should have composed one email instead of 3 seperate ones but the questions came at intervals. So hopefully last one. I just finished the day one of the five days. The exercise is for 33:19 mins. At the very end you say that we are then going to do standing exercises. But then it flips to day two. So is there supposed to be standing exercises and it is not showing....or is that where the video is supposed to cut? I briefly looked over the 5 days and am not seeing anything for arms. Although there is a bit of arm when I did the cardio. Should I add on arms from one of your programs or just do my own arm exercises? Lastly, you said to hold off on any other excises (those outside your program). If I had wanted to add on something would that mess things up?? Meaning if in addition to finishing your routine I had wanted to jump on the trampoline (as an example) as good for lympathic drainage. Just wanted to know if I had wanted to add another exercise on, for whatever reason, if that would be ok?
Hi Joey....I had sent an email but remember to post here. The links for the bands that you sent.....do I purchase the sculptfit kit......or just a couple of them? If not the full kit, then which ones. Thanks Linda
Hi Joey....great to meet with you today. Really appreciate everything you said and excited to get started. Actually just going to start in 10 minutes on the day one. Question.....with the lifts would you suggest using ankle weights so feels more like a workout? Or just do exactly as the video shows. I know you said if it doesn't feel like a full workout to do again, which I will.....but thought the weights might offer more??? I won't use until I hear back from you. Thanks Linda
Good morning Joey, as you may know, I've been doing intermittent fasting until about 12:31, 1 o'clock, every day, for quite some time. Do you think I should be having protein after my training in the morning? I really want to build more muscle. Thank you.
