Hello, Joey,

I just want to thank you for your great program, I only been three months, I am not even regular, may be ¾ times a weeks, my cloths are fitting better, i need your help, I notice I feel tired over all, when I do work out I feel good. Can you recommend any vitamin or minerals? That may help boost my energy over all. Thank you.

Hello Joey, I am 49 years old, pretty fit, no health issues and eat healthy. I am not vegan but vegetarian. My job is set all day, and have belly pouch . I hate that. It’s not Just want to lose the belly punch I want to continue with your workout forever as long as I’ am alive because I love the way way you teach. Have been doing your Naked beauty work out every day.😊
