New member here. Question: how do I add workouts to the playlist in my account? Also, have started the Elixer and find I get a little dizzy a few hours after consuming. Do I need to ease into a full dose?
I am on an IPad. What page/link is considered the main menu. And, yes, I got the welcome email. The link does NOT take me to a page that has a clickable sign in !!!
