Hello all. Somewhere I have seen a list of cardio exercises using the treadmill and working through a series of inclines and also using stairs by taking them singly then two at a time.

I cannot seem to locate that info again. Do you guys know where that might be?

Sherrie Wirth Sorry, one more question, i've seen the cheat sheet for the lower body workout (which I know is more comprehensive than you are looking for here)...is there an example of a more pared down one I can check out?

Hi Joey. Sherrie here. I'm happy to help create PDF cheat sheets if you still need that.  I'm just now starting your program so this is the perfect time to do this. I'm a graphic designer so this is up my alley.Let me know if that is still something you need!
