Joey.  I just want to express the difference you have made in my life.  Everything is clear now in how to eat for my life in how to properly excercice without my body been in constant pain and in how your delicious Elixir ha giving me energies that I really was missing every day without understand what I was doing wrong.  Thank you with all my ❤️

Hello, I am a new "Total Access" subscriber, but don't have the Sculptafit equipment, so wasn't sure if workout videos that don't require it are located under one, particular section, or scattered through different sections?  Sorry if this is a dumb question and I missed the answer to this elsewhere!

I joined yesterday, the 3rd and have received a number of emails but did not see my log-in information, however, when I opened a link it appeared that i was logged in but I do not know the username and password?  Also, I have an Insignia Fire TV, which app is approriate because it does not use Google Play, it uses Amazon stored.  Thanks.

Hi Joey,

I'm new to your workouts, the plant-based approach, and your overall philosophy. I’ve been searching for the "truth" in fitness and health, and that really resonated with me in one of the first videos I watched.

I have a couple of questions regarding the Brain-Belly-Body Elixir Mixer:

1.  If I start taking the elixir, would I still need to supplement with electrolytes?

2.  As a woman over 50, I’ve seen a lot of encouragement to take creatine. I would love to hear your thoughts on whether that is necessary or beneficial alongside your formula.

I’ll share more of my story another time, but I look forward to hearing your perspective.

Where do I start in the membership? I want a 3 day workout plan

Hi Joey 😊

I’d love your advice on something that’s been limiting me during some of the exercises.

I have unusually small wrists, and I think that might be contributing to a recurring issue. For quite a few years I’ve noticed that my wrists ache and feel unstable whenever I go into any kind of press‑up position — whether it’s wall height, countertop height, from my knees, or even using the side of the sofa. I’ve always just worked around it, but now that I’m trying to progress with certain moves, it’s becoming more of a problem and is holding me back.

I also feel it during some bicep curl variations. If I do a hammer curl with a turning motion, my wrist feels weak, sometimes clicks, and it almost feels like something might pop out of place. Because of that sensation, I can’t fully focus on the muscles I’m trying to work, and I end up backing off the movement.

I’d really appreciate your guidance on how to strengthen my wrists safely and build more stability so I can progress without worrying about that clicking/instability feeling.

Thank you so much — your training has helped me so much already, and I want to make sure I’m doing things in the safest, most effective way.
