Ok I worked on the 6 day schedule you gave me last night. Â I took before pictures too. Â Do I only do the number of reps you do? Â When I got in shape before I would do three sets of 12 of everything or to failure. Â I know I have so many questions, I just want to do it correct. Â
The thing that impressed me about your YouTube is you state you don’t have to do beast mode and that is exactly how my trainer trained me in the past.  It worked but mentally and physically killed me.Â
