Hi Joey,

I just restarted following the Sculptafit family again and I would like to know what supplements do you recommend taking, if any. Also what is the link to order your Elixir? I am now 61, no health problems (thanks be to God) and I have been getting lazy, scatter brained and lagging in my workouts. I am determined to start this year off right, get on track and keep myself motivated to keep the health that I have. Please advise me on what foods are good to have and eat to tone up, loose a few pounds and live my best life. I have been looking at your cooking videos, please let me know if you have grocery shopping lists or meal plans.

Hi Joey I'm doing Whole 30 till Feb 1st. It's not a crazy diet it's an elimination diet. I am doing the plant based version as well. Lots of fruits veggies salads, nuts, seeds and I got the pea protein you suggested on your flex fusion nutrition. I suspect dairy/ cheese and even monkfruit stevia may be giving me adverse symptoms. I got your belly elixir and love it but no go from While 30 only because of stevia leaf. I can tell you this isn't about my weight it's about my ❤️ and my blood sugar. I saw your new vid re 5 failure factors and I absolutely agree with you. On day 3I I reintroduce 1 group at a time to see if any symptoms return. I then take 2-3 days going back to full elimination to see if symptoms disappear. I do that with each thing dairy, meat, stevia, oats, bread etc I'll reintroduce your elixir after I'm finished with that. Already on day 2 without any sugars except fruit I am experiencing 10 pts lower in my bpm heart rate. I am calmer as well. This is not to take away from your program at all. I'll return to flex fusion nutrition once I see what foods are the culprit. I continue to do your beginner 5 day schedule as a member and I think you are the real deal! Thx for all you do;

I've gotta say that the sorry flex stretches relax me so much and Joey's background music does too! What kind of music is that? Lol! I can get really tense and these stretches really work TY Joey!

Hello Joey,

I just received an email today titled "4 Easy moves to Tone, Sculpt & Strengthen Your Upper Body at Home. In the email it advertised that Access Members would have access to the Simplified Progress Tracking Protocol and Body-Comp Video. My question is this. I am a Scultpta Fit Access Member and I don't see the video for The ATLAS Simplified Progress Tracking Protocol and Body-Comp Video populated in any of the programs or Personal Training Session Videos on my Dashboard.  Please provide or advise where I can find it?  I would like to look into this.  I had already gone ahead and purchased the RENPHO Body composition scale you recommended and now I see this.  Which is better?  I can return the RENPHO model as I have not used yet.  Please advise.  Thank you for your time and appreciate your "weighing" in on this. LOL!

Hi Joey hope you had a Merry Christmas. So can you clarify the carb question. You say in flex fusion nutrition handout to allot 10-20% carbs per meal, however in your cooking video you mention that we shouldn't eat carbs throughout the day, and that it's best to have them for dinner. So figuring 20% per meal would mean splitting a 60% total carbs for the day into dinner and an evening snack. Is this correct? Thx and I'm on week 3 of the beginner sample schedule!

Hi Joey Laura here. You directed me to community site. A1C up 2pts from 6.1 to 6.3. I was on modified keto but got sloppy with coconut milk for my coffee every day and bacon. Carbs were low. I really don't seem to have a lot of wiggle room with what I eat. Gained 11 lbs since beginning of summer. Have been exercising 5-6 days a week. Cardio, weights for over a year. I have heart disease but am encouraged to exercise 150 minutes a week but as I said very disappointed in myself and lack of progress. Have cut out the creamers and cut out bacon. Reducing my fat intake in general. Doing your program for 2 weeks Paid for your total access and doing that everyday but a bit confused about which sessions to do and when. I am finding it all very helpful! I'm young 72. 5'1". Now 127.6. Want to lose at least 15 lbs. Also need to reduce my a1c so I don't get into type 2 diabetes. Please help? Thx muchly! Apologies the foundational 5 day sample I was having trouble accessing is in another place. Its the total toning video! So I really WAS CONFUSED! LOL. Everything is a ok!

I'm so confused.

I purchased your programme Joey, but as of yet I've been unable to begin. I have been guided by a personal trainer I hired at my local gym for the past 8 sessions (once a week) I told him that I have footdrop caused by a spinal cord injury 20 years ago (a nerve was severed) plus spinal stenosis and cervicogenic headaches due to C4 C5 damage. Unfortunately I have had to put my gym sessions on hold because my spinal stenosis has been flaring up.

I am 70 years old but still very active. I have reduced my weight by following a carnivore diet which fits me perfectly. I still have 28lbs to lose.

My question is this.....I love building muscle but I don't know what to do that will not cause further damage to my upper and lower back. Please could you suggest what would be safe for me. I want to work on firming up all over especially the arms and glutes.

Please help me.
