Hi Joey. Menopausal!!! 10kg and going up :( I would say I eat reasonably healthy and are using some of your recipes. Have been doing the naked beauty plus knee friendly body band workouts for a while now. I have access to a nutribullet and fridge. I have been having two eggs scrambled for breakfast and taking coconut yoghurt, berries and some mixed nuts for morning tea. I was thinking of fasting until morning tea. Soup or salad with protein for lunch, date bliss ball for afternoon tea and then generally protein and veges for dinner. Thank you.
