Good morning Joey, as you may know, I've been doing intermittent fasting until about 12:31, 1 o'clock, every day, for quite some time. Do you think I should be having protein after my training in the morning? I really want to build more muscle. Thank you.

Yes, clothing is great. Weight, would like to drop just a few more pounds. I'm FEELING great muscle tone, but would like to SEE it more, if that makes sense. I mean, I feel fine, training fasted, and have no issues fasting for 16 hours.
I was listening to a couple of naturopathic female doctors the other day who believe women are protein deficient and should consume more protein, however they can, to build more lean muscle.
