Kim Faulkner That sounds PERFECT! The only thing I might add - if possible... if you feel the 'itch to be active' on Sunday - feel free to do a total body stretch/mobility session and a good walk, or nature hike, etc... (if possible depending on where you're located).

Mechele Prosch Cool ok - you can drop your cardio down to 12-15 mins if you still want to do the recumbent bike. OR you can try some of my short body-weight cardio sessions too.
