Awesome goals, Amy! I hope you took 'before' photos?? Yes, 30 mins on the cardio is totally fine. Yes, you can do 2 days in a row but on those awesome NB-3X days I would focus on a good power walk for cardio time. And yes, if you like do the recumb. and/or the elliptical, then doing those sometimes is ok, I just wouldn't include them too much, maybe 20% of your cardio from those if you really like them. You're welcome!

Hi Amy!! I need more info for better context... when you say: "to get my heart rate up/lungs working harder and also to burn more calories" -- why is that? What's your age, weight , height? -- What are your specific goals? -- (You can do more cardio - but I want to know where you're at and where you're going with the goals - both body-wise (appearance) and health/vitals on the inside?

Yes, first - we have the Roku app version being built as we speak, which should be ready before the New Year, (as well as the iOS app version) both of which you get included as part of your membership :-) The other option you can implement right now is connecting your laptop or desktop to your TV with an HDMI cable. Hi Melissa! IT's flexible, you can do it as long as you want. You can sub in /out other sessions from the library for certain days, if you like. And you can also do another Sample Schedule for a few rotations and then come back to the 9-Day if you love it :-)
