Are you having trouble find all the different training videos? (Note - you can surely take any of the micro-workouts" on my youtube and add them to any of the programs here in Total-Access.. Can you tell me more about where you're at with your body and fitness/health - and what your most important goals are and then I can give you guidance on specific playlists or videos :-)
